Having grown up learning technology and data, Karan built an entrepreneurial mindset and generalist skills. He is passionate about making an impact in the fashion industry within E-Commerce and Metaverse.
He started his journey in Crypto in early 2016 and have been investing his time in educating people on Crypto and now NFTs, Metaverse and Web 3.0. He has been following major brands and what they are doing in the space and writes about his opinions on LinkedIn frequently. Alongside this, he has been learning from the industry leaders directly and extensively takes part in conferences and online discussions. He focuses on real-life use of technology to improve lives, solve difficult problems and develop practical applications.
He is a proud alumni of the University of Bristol, UK, where he learnt about digital businesses and building long-term strategies. Since then, he has been advising multiple brands and start-ups on building their brand, utilising new technologies to solve problems and now working towards building a decentralised world with the help of online communities.
He currently works at the European HQ of Calvin Klein and is an essential part of the E-commerce team and works on content management of all the websites across Europe. His aims to utilise the resources and network of a large scale organisation to educate millions of people on Crypto/Web 3.0/Metaverse and help in mass adoption. He regularly initiates conversations with decision makers at all levels and uses his position as a crypto native to build business cases for implementation of new technologies.
